    Find Out More of What Jackson/Teton County Affordable Housing Has To Offer


  1. New Weighted Drawing Process


    The Town Council and Board of County Commissioners recently updated the Housing Rules & Regulations. As part of this update, changes were made to the weighted drawing (formerly lottery) system.


  2. Housing Intake Form


    All prospective affordable homeowners or renters must complete the Online Intake Form in order to be eligible to enter a weighted drawing for a restricted home. This is the first step to purchasing or renting an affordable home.


  1. Affordable Housing Program


    The Housing Department manages two housing programs that provide a product for everyone in the workforce. The Affordable Program has income and asset limits and requires that at least one member of a household works full-time at a local business. 


  2. Workforce Housing Program


    The Housing Department manages two housing programs that provide a product for everyone in the workforce. The Workforce Program has no income or asset limits for ownership or rental units, but other requirements apply.




  1. How to Report a Violation


    The Housing Department ensures compliance on over 800 restricted units in Teton County. This includes purchase, rental, occupancy, and use restrictions. The Department relies heavily on the community to report violations.
