Recycling Center Updates

Jackson, WY., May 26, 2020 – The Teton County Recycling Center will be open to the public beginning Tuesday, May 26th.  Only one member of the public is allowed in the office at a time.  If you see the office is occupied, please create a line by the front door for the next availability.

The Recycling Center will accept E-Waste and Shredding Monday-Friday between 9:00am and 6:00pm.  Cash, check and credit card (with the exception of Amex) are accepted at this time.  Please call ahead if you plan to bring large loads of E-Waste or Shredding so the Recycling Center staff may prepare for your visit.

Household Hazardous Waste collection will begin Tuesday, June 2nd.  The HHW facility is open,  by appointment only, on the first and third Tuesday of the month.

Textile collection is still suspended at this time.

Trash Transfer Station Operations Update

The Trash Transfer Station is open to the public as usual.  The Scale House is accepting cash, check, and credit card (with the exception of Amex) at the time of disposal.  Businesses and residents may create a credit card on file account for the Trash Transfer Station. This can expedite your trip to the Trash Transfer Station, as well as make billing easier if you make frequent trips a month. Please call 307-733-7678 for more information on how to set up a credit card on file account.
