Seeking a collaborative Planner with 5 years’ experience in community development and land use planning programs. This person will serve as the County’s authority on long range planning matters and will help shape development decisions through the County’s land use regulations.
Applicants must exhibit considerable knowledge of the principles and practices of planning, including strong knowledge of planning policy, land development regulations, and comprehensive planning. Work involves extensive contact with government officials, attorneys, public and private agencies, members of the public and citizen groups, and other County departments.
