Seeking an individual with 5 years’ experience in the principles and practices of the construction/building industry and reading and interpreting building plans and technical specification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviews all plans and specifications for residential and commercial projects to ensure compliance with city, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Initiates pre-construction conferences with contractors and/or developers and associated staff members.
