October 28, 2020. The Housing Department is excited to announce a new weighted drawing for an Affordable Rental 0-50% MFI at The Grove. The deadline to enter this drawing is November 10, 2020 by 4pm. The Department has another weighted drawing currently open for an Affordable Ownership 80-120% MFI home at Pine Glades. The deadline to enter this drawing is November 3, 2020 by 4pm. Details for both of these homes including links to enter the drawings are provided below.

**This is an Affordable Rental home. To enter the drawing for this home, a household must have a current Intake Form on file with the Housing Department prior to the start of the drawing (10/28).**

  • NO pets allowed
  • Monthly Rental Amount: $664. This includes electricity, water, sewer, and trash.
