Automotive Batteries	Accepted at Recycling Center during office hours. Lead-acid only. Lithium auto batteries not accepted in Teton County recycling or trash, but can be recycled through car or bike dealer where vehicle was purchased.
Automotive Products	Household Hazardous Waste
Bike tires and wheels	Tires, tubes and wheels (tires removed) can be brought to Recycling Center or Trash Transfer Station for recycling
Cleaners and Solvents	Household Hazardous Waste
Contaminated Motor Oil	Household Hazardous Waste
Motor Oil	Household Hazardous Waste; If clean, can also be offered to Westwood Curtis Construction (details below)

Wheels	Recycle at Recycling Center or Trash Transfer Station in the Scrap Metal Bin (free)

Car tires can be disposed of at the Trash Transfer Station.
Bicycle tires may be recycled at the Recycling Center in the designated bicycle tire bin during office hours.

Please place on the cart (during business hours), or next to the battery bin shelving unit if after hours.
Lithium automotive, golf cart and e-bike batteries cannot be accepted by Teton County in recycling or trash, but can typically be recycled through the dealer where the vehicle was purchased.

Clean motor oil (no water, antifreeze or dirt) may be taken to Westwood Curtis Construction by appointment, 733-4586, for reuse as heater fuel.
These items are not accepted in any garbage or standard recycling program.
Please protect the environment by scheduling a Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) appointment.
The HHW facility is open April–October by appointment only.
