To submit an application, a business must meet the definition of Local Business as defined by the Jackson/Teton County Housing Department Rules and Regulations.
A. (1) A business physically located within Teton County, Wyoming, that can provide verification of business status physically located in Teton County, Wyoming, and (2) A minimum of seventy-five percent (75%) of the business' clients or customers are physically located in Teton County, Wyoming, and (3) The employees/owners must work in Teton County, Wyoming to perform their job.
B. A business physically located in Teton County Wyoming who employs two or more Qualified Employees, which Qualified Employees must work in Teton County Wyoming to perform their job.
C. A private residence physically located in Teton County, Wyoming that employs a minimum of one Qualified Employee who must be physically located in Teton County, Wyoming to perform their job.
A Qualified Employee is a person who works for a Local Business in Teton County Wyoming a minimum of 1,560 hours annually (average of 30 hours per week).
The unit must be used as a rental for Qualified Tenants. A Qualified Tenant household must earn a minimum of 75% of total household income from a Local Business, at least one adult in the household must work a minimum of 1,560 hours annually for a Local Business, and no one in the household may own any interest in any other residential real estate within 150 miles of Teton County, Wyoming.
The minimum rental term is 6 months and the unit may not be vacant for longer than 60 consecutive days. Review the Workforce Restriction for all requirements.
There is no limit to the rent rate charged for the unit.

Complete the Local Business Application and attach all required forms, which are listed on page 3 of the Local Business Application, to the Housing Department.
