   The Town of Jackson and Teton County have adopted the International Code Council 2018 edition of the Wildland Urban Interface Code. If you are planning to build within the wildland urban interface you must first determine the property is in a mapped WUI area.

Community Wildfire Protection Plan

•A CWPP is a community wide planning document that helps guide wildfire mitigation efforts and best practice recommendations for residents.   In 2024 Teton County hired a third party consultant to help revise our plan.  More information can be found here.
