There are approximately 400 Affordable and Workforce rental units in Teton County whose tenants are selected directly by private owners (and not through the Weighted Drawing process).

- Trulia Rentals: market rate rentals
- Craigslist: market rate rentals (please be aware of possible scams)
- Talk to your employer. Some offer employee rental housing.
- Inquire at local hotels and motels. Several offer discounted long-term rental rates.
- Word of mouth -- talk to as many people as you can about your housing situation. Many places in this community are rented without being advertised publicly.
