Special events with large crowds must have trained crowd control managers. You can get crowd control training online. A certificate must be submitted to the Fire Marshal. You can also view outdoor crowd control tips (PDF).
Fireworks are only allowed when permitted through the special event process through either the Town of Jackson or Teton County. Otherwise, the use of fireworks is illegal in Teton County.
Sparklers are a type of firework, but do not contain enough explosive components to be ruled a firework. Please use great care when handling sparklers.
